A colleague of mine in India sent me an article from The American Surveyor that you should read. It’s a review of Civil 3D 2005 by Joe Bell from February 2005. Check out what Mr. Bell wrote about Civil 3D and remember that Civil 3D 2005 did not even have survey capability at the time.
